October 13 & 14

My computer has been crashing left and right lately. After I entered this information all of the text disappeared for some reason. To make a long story short I hunted with my cousin Kyle for the opening weekend of muzzleloader season. We didn’t see any deer but it felt good to be in the Adirondacks again. Saturday morning it was 19 degrees when I got out of my truck. It felt good to feel the cold air in my lungs. Sunday morning greeted us with a miserable drizzle that felt more like a steady rain once we were outside. We didn’t see any deer and I didn’t have anything too terribly exciting on my cameras that I set up a month ago. We’ll see what happens next week for the opener of Northern Zone rifle season.

Some photos of our family camp.
